The Daubé family invites you to the Manoir de Lan Kerellec. Built at the beginning of the last century on the slopes of the Côte de Granit Rose, it was born from the vision of an artist : that of the painter Pierre Gervais.
Purchased in 1925 by the Daubé family, it has since changed neither hands nor spirit. Emile Daubé (1885-1961), painter close to Marin Marie and professor at the Academy of Fine Arts, perpetuated the passion for art before passing it on to his descendants.
Gilles Daubé continued the family adventure. In 1981, accompanied by his wife Luce, they took over the family hotel and joined the Relais & Châteaux family.
The dining room, with a "boat hull" structure, opens out onto a Brittany landscape made up of wild islands and colours of rare intensity. Steeped in the spirit of the open sea, the gastronomic cuisine extends an invitation to travel for the senses.
Thanks to an acute sense of balance and combinations, the chef aspires to "a creative cuisine which retains the original flavours of the produce." A traditional cuisine flavoured by the open sea, with a pinch of modernity and a lot of sincerity. A key product ? Lobster, without a doubt…
